Yadi koi har pal jeeye to wo kabhi budha nahi hota. Iska rahasya bas itna sa hai- atith ko ikattha mat karo. Jo bit gaya use jaane do. Bhawishya ke liye prashikshan mat karo kyonki kal kisne dekha? abhi jo pal hai wo apne mein paryaapt hai, bas ishe jiyo. Tum khush-mijaaj, taaze jeewaant yuva bane rahoge.
IN ENGLISH-

हिंदी में-
हमारा मन हमेशा सोचता रहता है| यह कभी शांत नहीं होता| हमें अपने आप ही हमारे मन पर काबू पाना होगा| शांति और ठहराव की दिशा में मन को परिवर्तित करना होगा| ऐसा करने से हमारे मन की दशा स्पष्ट हो जाती है और मन हमारा आइना हो जाता है जिसमे सत्य की छबी बनती है|
HINGLISH ME-
Hamaara man hamesha sochta rahta hai. Yah kabhi shaant nahi hota. Hame apne aap hi hamaare man par kaaboo paana hoga. Shaanti aur thahraaw ki disha mein man ko parivartit karna hoga. Aisa karne se hamaare man ki dasha spasht ho jaati hai aur man hamaara aaina ho jaata hai jisme satya ki chhabi banti hai.
IN ENGLISH-
Our mind always thinks. It never cools down. We have to control our mind on our own. The mind has to change in the direction of peace and stagnation. By doing this, the state of our mind becomes clear and the mind becomes our mirror in which the image of truth is formed.

साहस का मतलब है आज़ादी| साहस वो है जो हमारे अंदर छुपे डर को दूर करता है और हमें अपने हिसाब से जीने की आजादी देता है| जिसके अंदर साहस है वो साहसी है, निर्भय है| जो सत्य कहने से, करने से और अपनाने से भयभीत नहीं होता| साहस का मतलब है अतित को पीछे छोर आगे बढ़ना क्योंकि हमारा मन कमज़ोर और ड़रपोक हो जाता है अतित के हालातों के कारण| साहस का मतलब है- यह जीवन मेरा है और मैं इसे अपने अनुसार जियूँगी| बहुत कम लोग होते है जो जो कुछ भी करने के लिए साहस जुटा पाते है| जिन लोगों ने ठान ली कुछ करने की उस दिन उन लोगों के अंदर साहस का बींज उगने लगता है| जो निर्भय है वो साहसी है| जो लोगों के सामने सत्य वचन कहने से या करने से नहीं घबराते वो साहसी है|
HINGLISH ME-
Saahas ka matlab hai aazadi. Saahas wo hai jo hamaare andar chhupe dar ko dur karta hai aur hame apne hisaab se jeene ki aazadi deta hai. Jiske andar saahas hai wo saahasi hai, nirbhay hai. Jo satya kahne se, karne se aur apnane se bhayabhit nahi hota. Saahas ka matlab hai atith ko pichhe chhor aage badhna kyonki hamaara man kamzor aur darpok ho jaata hai atith ke haalaaton ke kaaran. Saahas ka matlab hai- Yah jeewan mera hai aur main ishe apne anusaar jiyungi. Bahut kam log hote hai jo kuch bhi karne ke liye saahas juta paate hai. Jin logon ne thaan li kuch karne ki us din un logon ke andar saahas ka beez ugne lagta hai. Jo nirbhay hai wo saahasi hai. Jo logon ke saamne satya wachan kahne se ya karne se nahi ghabraate wo saahasi hai.
IN ENGLISH-
Courage means freedom. Courage is that which removes the fear hidden within us and gives us the freedom to live according to our own. He who has courage inside is courageous, fearless. One who is not afraid of telling the truth, doing and adopting. Courage means to move backwards to Past because our mind becomes weak and weak due to the circumstances of Past. Courage means - this life is mine and I will live it according to myself. There are very few people who can muster up the courage to do whatever. On that day those people who decided to do something, a seed of courage starts to grow inside them. He who is fearless is courageous. Those who are not afraid to say or do the truth in front of people are courageous.
